Gloria Ann Kent

Gloria Ann Kent, age 92 of L'Anse, Michigan passed away on Thursday, June 13th, 2024 at Baraga County Memorial Hospital.

She was born March 25, 1932 in Pequaming, MI daughter of William and Ruby (Bennett) Lintz. Gloria attended school in Pequaming and L'Anse. She married Kenneth Kent. Gloria worked for L'Anse Township as Treasurer for many years. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and was a very good cook. Gloria loved to dance and was a good musician.

Surviving are her children Michael Crawford of Mesa, AZ, Debbie (Guy) Selden of L'Anse, Lisa (Rick) Johnson of L'Anse; son-in-law Steve Morris of Winnemucca, NV; sister Beverly Lintz of Hamlin, WV; thirteen grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and a special friend Gerald Morin of Niagara, WI.

Preceding her in death are her parents, WIlliam and Ruby; daughters, Susan Lazzari and Kandy Morris; brothers, Doug Lintz and William Lintz.

Visitation will be on Friday, June 21st from 10-11:00 a.m. at Jacobson Funeral Home. Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m. with Rev. John Henry officiating. Burial will be in the L'Anse Evergreen Cemetery.
