Harry C. Wreesman
January 12, 1912 — March 11, 2004
Harry C. Wreesman, age 92 of Skanee passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2004 at Baraga County Memorial Hospital's Skilled Nursing Unit.
He was born January 9, 1912 in the Netherlands, son of the late Carl and Avadeena (Sterren) Wreesman. He married the former Pauline Newman. Harry retired from DaimlerChrysler Corporation. He is a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church.
Harry is survived by his wife Pauline of Shulstad's Leisure Living in Baraga; stepson Daniel (Valerie) Stenovich of Wisconsin; brother Ted Wreesman of Birmingham, MI; step-grandson Andrew and step-granddaughter Megan.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 18 at 11:00 a.m. at Jacobson Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Fr. Greg Heikkala will officiate. Burial will be in the Skanee Cemetery in the spring. The Jacobson Funeral Home in L'Anse is assisting the family.
