Jamie Markle

Jamie Lynn Markle, age 43 of Tapiola, MI passed away on Monday, December 31, 2007 at Marquette General Hospital.
Jamie was born September 24, 1964 in San Diego, California. She married John Markle on December 8, 1983 in Saginaw, Michigan. They resided in Merrill, MI until 1995, when then they moved to Tapiola.
Jamie was a woman of achievement; a distinguished Arabian horse breeder, Otter Lake Wildlife Director, published art and photo works, avid outdoorsman and sporting guide.
She is survived by her husband John and his daughter Kelly Turgeon; parents Barry Duke and Linda Cay; sisters Joan (Brian) Nalley, Laura (Michael) Barnovitz; nephews Cody and Nick Torres; many aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and friends. She will be dearly missed.
On Friday, January 4th at 6 pm family and friends will gather at the Doelle Senior Center in Tapiola, MI in remembrance of Jamie.
The Jacobson Funeral Home in L'Anse is assisting the family.
