Janice L. Maki

Janice L. Maki, age 59 of Nisula passed away on Saturday, June 21, 2003 at Baraga County Memorial Hospital.
She was born November 17, 1943 in Racine, WI daughter of late Maurice and Jaunita (Breckbill) Roushia. Janice grew up in Racine and graduated from Horlick High School. Janice married Ronald Maki on November 23, 1962 in Racine. They moved to Nisula in 1992. She enjoyed ceramics, crafts, and canning.
Janice is survived by her husband Ronald of Nisula; sons, Kevin Maki of Nisula, Ronald Maki of Spring Green, WI, Shane Maki of Lone Rock, WI; daughter, Theresa Maki of Arena, WI; brother, Dale (Janet) Roushia of Racine; sisters, Maureen (William) Eisel of Racine, Donna (Richard) Kalasheski of Racine; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her brothers, Wayne and Eugene Roushia, and sister Anita Leisner.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. The Jacobson Funeral Home in L'Anse is assisting the family.
