Jean Miller

Jean Miller, age 64, of Dearborn, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.
She was born October 15, 1942 in Detroit, daughter of Theodore and Bernadette (Madosh) Moilanen. Jean worked for the Veterans Administration in Detroit as a secretary for few years. She married Harold Miller on Feb. 9, 1962 in Detroit.
Jean is a member of the Charity Baptist Church in Brownstown Twp. and the KBIC in Baraga. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Jean loved the outdoors, hiking and camping. She and Harold also raised race horses.
She is survived by her husband Harold; son Charles Stuart Miller of Dearborn; daughter Cherie (Bradley) Dakota of Baraga; two grandchildren Savannah and Frederick Dakota of Baraga.
Preceding her in death are her parents and her step mom Marie Moilanen who helped raise her.
Visitation will be held on Saturday November 18th from 11-1 PM at the Jacobson Funeral Home in L'Anse. Burial will be in the Assinins Cemetery where Rev. John Henry will conduct a committal service at 1 PM. The Jacobson Funeral Home is assisting the family.
