Jerome D. Morin

Jerome D. Morin, age 86 of L'Anse passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 at Westside Residential Care where he resided.
He was born October 4, 1918 in Waverly, MN son of the late Alcid and Rosalie (Emon) Morin. In 1923 Jerome moved to L'Anse and graduated from L'Anse High School. He was in the US Army from 1940-45. Jerome worked construction and in the mines. He was a woods worker and also worked for Celotex.
Surviving are his nephews and nieces, Gerald M. Morin, Neal Morin, Wayne Jarvey, Cheryl Ann Jarvey, Lynn Marie Norton, and Michelle Jarvey.
Preceded him in death are his brother Gerald A. Morin, sister Margaret Jarvey, and nephew Gregory Jarvey.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. Internment will take place in the spring in the L'Anse Evergreen Cemetery. The Jacobson Funeral Home in L'Anse is in charge of arrangements.
