Jonathan K. Jensen

Jonathan K. Jensen, 53, of Watton, MI, formerly of Montague, MI, died Sunday afternoon, December 17, 2006, at Baraga County Memorial Hospital, following a lengthy illness.
He was born March 19, 1953, in Petoskey, Michigan, a son of Rollin and Mary (Horn) Jensen.
Jonathan married the former Elisabeth Gardner in Petoskey, MI in 1988.
He worked as a carpenter for many years and was self employed the past 10 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and canoeing.
He is survived by his wife, Elisabeth Jensen of Watton, MI; mother, Mary Jensen of Whitehall, MI; children, Reannon (Joseph) Hulls of New Era, MI, Sarah Jensen of White Cloud, MI, Travis Follett of North Muskegon, MI, Beau Jensen of North Muskegon, MI, and Dillan Jensen of Watton; 4 grandchildren, Gavin, Logan, Alek and Krystianna; and half-brothers, David Jensen of Whitney, TX, Ricky Beavers and Jr. Beavers, both of Bowling Green, KY. He was preceded in death by his father.
Mr. Jensen's family will receive friends and family on Friday, December 22, 2006 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the family home for a time of remembrance.
