Lois Ann Clarey

Lois Ann Clarey, age 80 of Goodrich, MI passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at her home.
She was born January 2, 1933 in Alston, MI daughter of William and Kathleen (Phillippi) Hiltunen. Lois retired from St. Joseph Hospital receptionist/Biller; she did volunteer work at Trinity Lutheran Church, the school library and nursery school. Lois belonged to Woman's Club of Macomb County.
Surviving are her brothers, James Hiltunen, Alston, Peter (Judith) Hiltunen, Alston, John (Judith) Hiltunen, Ft. Worth, TX, Michael Hiltunen, Little Chute, WI; sister Patricia Boyd, Caledonia, WI; sister-in-law Carol Hiltunen, Fairbanks, AK; children, Carole (Ronald) Lyons, Galloway Twp., NJ, Curtis (Wilma) Harris, Sterling Heights, MI, Craig (Julie) Harris, Lake Orion, MI, Christine (Louis) Zimmel, Goodrich, MI; grandchildren Gaelyn, Morgan & Spencer Lyons, Nathan and Jacob Zimmel, Evan Harris.
Preceding her death were her parents William & Kathleen Hiltunen; brothers, Kenneth & Robert; sister-in-law Donna; brother-in-law Donald Boyd.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th at 1:00 p.m. at Mission United Lutheran Church in Pelkie, MI with Rev. John Autio officiating. Visitation was for one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial was in the Nisula Cemetery. A luncheon and fellowship followed in the church hall. The Jacobson Funeral Home is assisting the family.
