Paula Jean Hazel Lundy

Paula Jean Hazel Lundy, age 68 of L'Anse, MI was taken by our Lord on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Baraga County Memorial Hospital.

She was born October 8, 1952 in Hancock, MI daughter of John and Elsie (Korpinen) Lundy. Paula attended L'Anse area schools. She worked as a dishwasher and food prep at the Hilltop restaurant for 25 years and The Loft restaurant for 10 years. Paula enjoyed crocheting, shopping, and collecting dolls. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus church.

Paula had numerous nieces and nephews, whom she was always very loving and kind towards. Her unselfish generosity and happy smile will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

Surviving are her mother Elsie Lundy of L'Anse; sister Susan (Tom) Collins of Skanee; brothers, John (Connie) Lundy of Ortonville, MI, Jerel (Cindy) Lundy of L'Anse; sister-in-law Robin Lundy of Redford, MI; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Preceding her in death are her father John Lundy and brother Brian Lundy.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 7th at 1 p.m. at the L'Anse Evergreen Cemetery with Fr. Corey Litzner officiating. Jacobson Funeral Home is assisting the family.
