Raylene K. Roth

Raylene Kay Roth, age 55, of L'Anse, passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2001, at Baraga County Memorial Hospital.
She was born on July 9, 1945, in L'Anse, daughter to the late Raymond and Helen (Koski) Barnett. She married Jackie Roth on May 26, 1962 in Baraga. Raylene enjoyed drawing, crafts, painting, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, family and friends. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church and the WELCA group.
Raylene is survived by her husband Jackie of L'Anse; three sons, Terry Roth of L'Anse and Marquette, Richard (Tara) Roth of Pembroke, NC, Daniel (Lois) Roth of Port Washington, WI; one daughter Deborah (Ken) Cholette of Aura; three sisters, Marilyn (Joe) Majeski of Skanee, Dianne (Jess) Roth of Big Rapids, MI, Jill (Pastor Mike) Botsford of Whittemore, IA; five grandchildren, Linda, Cindy, Jack, Mary, and Joshua; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 5, at 11:00 a.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church in Skanee. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Pastor Judy Mattson will officiate. Burial will be in the Skanee Cemetery. The Jacobson Funeral Home of L'Anse is assisting the family.
