Rose Hall

Rose Marie Hall age 81 of Baraga passed away on Monday, July 28, 2003 at Baraga County Memorial Hospital.
She was born January 7, 1922 in Skanee, MI daughter of the late Otto and Hildur (Carlson) Rylander. Rose graduated from Skanee High School and then moved to Detroit. She married Wesley "Kenneth" Hall on February 25, 1942 in Detroit. Rose worked at the Fisher Building in Detroit for a few years. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and was very artistic. Rose moved back here in 2002 to be with her daughter. She is survived by her daughter Nancy (Gerald) Heikkinen of Askel; son Robert Hall of Detroit, MI; sisters Janice Heinze of Farmington Hills, Faye Shuell of Livonia, MI, Jackie Mabel of Taylor, MI; eight grandchildren, John Eilola, Chris Eilola, Loretta Eilola, Randy Hall, Michael Hall, Kathy Hall, Amy Zack, Brian Zack; two great granddaughters Kelsey and Ava.
Rose is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Hall in 1980; daughter Linda Zack on March 4, 2003; sisters, Helen Rylander, Sylvia Rylander, Doris Shuell; and a grandson Curtis Eilola.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31 at 3:00 p.m. at Jacobson Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Rev. Michael Laakko will officiate. Memorials may be made to the Baraga County Cancer Society. The Jacobson Funeral Home is assisting the family.
