Virginia Wollak, age 82 of Pt. Charlotte, Florida died on Sunday, April 24, 2005 in Pt. Charlotte.
She was born on March 8, 1923 to Charles and Amanda (Eliason) Larson in L'Anse, MI. She graduated from L'Anse High School in 1941. She retired as a secretary from Oakland County Health Department in Royal Oak, MO.
Virginia is survived by her three sons, Richard (Susan) of Georgia, Robert of Florida, and Thomas of Virginia; a sister Eunice of St. Ignace, MI; 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Walter in 1979, father Charles Larson in 1955, step mother Ina Larson in 1976 and mother Amanda Larson in 1928.
Memorial services were held in Pt. Charlotte, FL on Tuesday May 3. Internment was held in L'Anse Evergreen Cemetery on May 11, 2005 with graveside services with Rev. Scott Williams officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Jacobson Funeral Home in L'Anse.
