Timothy Neal Kohn

Timothy Neal Kohn, age 60 walked on to his Creator on Monday, September 9, 2019 after a brief illness.

He was born September 21, 1958 in Milwaukee, WI son of Gilbert and Pearl (Rosean) Kohn. He married Monica Emery on February 8, 1999 in Milwaukee. They moved to L'Anse in 2000. Tim worked doing auto detailing.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and respected nature's beauty and animals. Tim found peace and solace fishing on his beloved Lake Superior. Tim was known to icefish even at 20 below zero. Tim found comfort in his adopted Native American spirituality.

Surviving are his wife Monica of L'Anse; brothers, Jeffery (Sally) of Arvada, CO, James (Christine) of Milwaukee, Bruce of Fox Point, WI; sister-in-law Louise Kohn of West Bend, WI; nephews, Michael, Robert, David and Kris; nieces, Kimberly, Lisa, and Stephanie; and his dogs Trixie and Roscoe2socks.

Preceding him in death are his parents Gilbert and Pearl; and brother Dennis.

Visitation will be on Friday, September 13th from 10-12 p.m. at the KBIC Zeba Hall. His funeral service will be at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. John Ansell officiating. A feast will follow. The Jacobson Funeral Home is assisting the family.
